Why is the morale of my population going steadly down?
The Artisans have hit 0% now even though I've increased wages for all 3 types.
Artisans are on £10 now.
Is it down to the world market not having the items they may need perhaps?

I think so.
Looking at Orion, the vast bulk of Estates are in Xerxes - and you're in Autumn so trade good productions is down 50% for all of you: so it may be that there are not enough goods being produced by the Estates that are in Spring to meet the demands.
Things may get worse for you next Chronum as you are about to hit winter when there will be no trade goods produced at all, and the other hemisphere moves to Summer where their production drops to +50% (currently +100% in Spring)

As Toledo says...
Wages give your population buying power but right now supply is the main issue on all worlds.
